Week 2 - Fluff up the butt - Leg and glutes strength
Week 3 - Deep core connection - Intro to pelvic floor muscles
Week 4 - Let’s break a sweat - Dynamic connections

Needed: A small pillow, two small towels, and if possible an air cushion (click here to view item). The air cushion will be used in other clinics. Feel free to get any brand you like.
