4-Week Online Lower Body Clinic

Build a strong foundation from the feet to the lower belly. 

Program Details:

  • Week 1 - Wake up belly and feet - Foundational work

  • Week 2 - Fluff up the butt - Leg and glutes strength 

  • Week 3 - Deep core connection - Intro to pelvic floor muscles

  • Week 4 - Let’s break a sweat - Dynamic connections

Time: 6pm - 7:15pm

Where: Online via Zoom. The recording will be available to everyone the next day.

Fee: $111 for 4 weeks (taxes included). Space is limited to 15 participants.

Payment: E-transfer, Visa, MC

Needed: A small pillow, two small towels, and if possible an air cushion (click here to view item). The air cushion will be used in other clinics. Feel free to get any brand you like.
