GROUP REFORMER

Reformer Tea Time Pilates:
This intermediate level is designed to gently and safely wake up your spine and lubricate your joints first thing in the morning. Once warmed up, the pace increases to give your body an overall workout. Tea Time breaks are taken strategically to integrate your body and awaken your senses to world-wide tea selections, with two different tea each week.

Reformer Essentials:
This class is ideal for those new to the “Reformer world”. You'll learn how to use this unique and fantastic machine while working your way through a different sequence of resistance based exercises.  Focus will be placed on key Pilates principles such as core control and fluidity of movement and will provide an entire body workout each class.
Note:
previous mat Pilates experience is recommended but not necessary.

Reformer Core Stability:
Take your Mat Core Stability experience to the reformer. This workout is designed to create balance between core strength, joint mobility and spinal flexibility. This structured approach to core stability is Ideal for cross training in recreational or competitive sports. You will safely build strength in your legs and arms while improving your core stability.

Reformer Men on Machines:
Experience the resistance training of the reformer and discover why so many professional athlete and amateurs alike practice Pilates.
Focus your mind and train your body whether your are looking for sports cross training, chronic back pain prevention, core training or simply lifestyle or fitness improvement. A class specifically designed for the needs and goals of men.

Reformer Essentials/Restorative:

You may be very active and doing other activities but you keep dealing with the same chronic pain, limited movements, or postural issues? This gentle but powerful class is ideal for you. Attention will be given to help recognize your current patterns and establish functional new ones sot that you can progress towards a more integrated and efficient body. 

Reformer Core Dynamics:
Take the Mat Core dynamics to the next level. Using the resistance training of the reformer to either add strength to your arms and legs or challenge your core in various ways, this creative and fun workout will refresh your mind and energize your body. 

Reformer - Healthy Bones: NEW
Taking the Mat Healthy Bones to the next level.  This class is ideal to maintaining and building bone density and a proper posture. Appropriate for those with Osteoporosis, this gentle routine based on the Pilates principles and other techniques will introduce movements beneficial to your day-to-day activities and well being. This restorative class is challenging in different ways. Participants will test their ability to build strength and endurance of the larger muscles while keeping the integrity of the smaller muscle groups.
