GROUP REFORMER
The reformer is for many the favourite piece of Pilates equipment. It offers support to make some exercises more accessible. It improves your mat work and it challenges your core in so many different ways. So if you like working on a machine, try the 500 exercises the reformer has to offer. For your convenience, the classes have been categorized.

Basic Classes
Reformer Essentials:
This Essential class takes your mat experiences to the next level and covers all the basics required for your future Pilates practices on the reformer. A must for those new to the "Reformer world”. On your first class you will be shown the anatomy of the machine. You then continue working your way through a different sequence of resistance based exercises. Focus will be placed on key Pilates principles such as core control and fluidity of movement and will provide an entire body workout each class.
Note:
previous mat Pilates experience is recommended.
Reformer Pure Core - 1:
Pure Core 1 takes your Essential experience to the next level. Using the resistance training of the reformer you work to either add strength to your arms and legs or reduce the tension to challenge your core in various ways. This unique and fun workout will refresh your mind and energize your body.
Conditioning Classes
Reformer Pure Core - 2 and 3:
Pure Core 2 and 3 are challenging levels to further build overall body strength, improve flexibility while maintaining joint mobility. Even though we encourage everyone to work at their own pace, this level will be more dynamic working on the principle of flow.
This class is also ideal for those to cross train (especially runners and golfers).
Reformer Men on Machines:
Experience the resistance training of the reformer and discover why so many professional athlete and amateurs alike practice Pilates. Focus your mind and train your body whether your are looking for sports cross training, chronic back pain prevention, core training or simply lifestyle or fitness improvement. A class specifically designed for the needs and goals of men.
Reformer Fit Moms:
Fit Moms is a class designed for moms needing time to reconnect with their body, rebuild inner core and improve upper body strength to support their busy and physically challenging life. Join this group to unwind, refocus on yourself and recharge your batteries. Most women love the camaraderie of this class.
Sports Integration - All
It's winter time, the time to take some outdoor activities like biking, running, tennis, and golfing inside. Cross train during the down season or condition your body for the upcoming seasonal activities. It's time for skiing, snowboarding, skating or playing hockey. This class will bridge Pilates to your favourite physical activity by addressing the proper body biomechanics underlying the many movements necessary to perform any sports. Come develop a new set of skills. Work on your entire body not just specific muscles groups. Feel the benefit of the reformer work to build strength and yet keep your joints fluid.
