Directions by TTC:

The quickest way is from Dundas West Subway Station. Take #40 Junction bus (every 10 minutes), and get off at Pacific Avenue. We are right across the street. It takes about 20 minutes to get to The Loft Pilates Studio from Bloor/Yonge via TTC.
Not as quick is from High Park Subway Station. You can take the infrequent #30 bus (every half hour), and get off at Dundas Street. Walk a block east to Pacific Avenue. This is a very pleasant walk in the summer time (takes about 20 minutes).
