Saturdays 2pm-3:30pm (except when mentioned)
Functional workshops for a healthy and fun life.
These workshops are designed to assist you in a specific aspect of your life, that you wish to improve you seated posture, or be better conditioned for a specific sport/activity, or that you simply need to deepen your understanding of your body. A detailed handout will be provided with pictures to help you keep practicing outside of the studio.

Safer Computing

Did you know that sitting for long period of time is very challenging on the body?
Keeping your upper back upright for hours at a time require strength and endurance from your postural muscles.
JOIN US and learn an effective exercise routine that will offset the negative consequences of sitting behind a computer for hours at the time, days after days. COME TO get rid of your back pain and build safe habits for yourself.
Conditioning Exercises for Skier

This Pilates based routine is designed to condition your body prior and during the ski season. It is also intended to help prevent ski injuries, especially in the knees. Learn how to increase strength while maintaining an ability to relax.
This challenging beginner level program is a platform to build on by adding more dynamic balance training in a future workshop.
Practice it at home and you’ll notice the results.

The Mighty Golf Swing Series
Your body is the foundation of a proper golf swing. Any imbalances will lead to compensations and inconsistencies in your golf swing.
The Mighty Golf Swing Series offered by The Loft Pilates Studio will be broken down into four segments:

While each segment will be addressed separately, like building blocks, each section will be integrated into the other. LEARN how to be more flexible for a healthier upcoming golf season. Join us for one or more workshops.
