Refunds and transfers - The Loft Pilates Studio

Withdrawal from your registered classes minus a $20 administration fee will be granted prior to the first day of the designated term. Thereafter, you may transfer your remaining classes to a person of your choice.
Registered group classes can not be substituted for private sessions
In the event that you incur an injury or suffer from an ongoing illness that prevents you from participating in you registered class, please contact the Front Desk to discuss the matter. Each case is dealt with on an individual basis.
